Gender and youth Specialist

Angeline Ndabaningi is a seasoneddevelopment practitioner with six years experience in integrating gender and inclusion of the disadvantaged sectors in economic development programming. She is qualified and experienced in civic engagement, sustainable livelihood community advocacy and lobbying, enterprise and business development, governance, gender and youth training. Since September 2017, she has been the Gender and Youth Specialist for LEAD, a local NGO in Zimbabwe under the Feed the Future Zimbabwe Crop Development (FTFZ-CD) Programme. She holds a Master of Science degree in Development Studies focusing on Gender and Climate Change, a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Technology and a Professional Diploma in Applied Project Monitoring and Evaluation. Over the years, she acquired many professional certificates. She contributed to two internationally published journals focusing on Gender Dynamics in Climate Change Adaptation and Performance and Loading of Wastewater treatment plants receiving aquaculture effluent. She is passionate about learning and networking for results.
