Lee Absalom Marwa is a Development Economist, with more than 27 years of management and consulting experience. He is the LEAD Director for Finance, Human Resource and Administration. His experience includes working as a budget officer for donor-funded national programs, with specific responsibilities for strategic planning, business process integration and management of national and regional programs. Lee has acquired special expertise in establishing human resource, financial, contracting and procurement systems that both deliver results and are fully compliance with donor regulations and procedures. Over the years, Lee has attained value added knowledge of grant design and administration as well as contracting and procurement requirements of major donor organizations such as USAID, European Commission and the Department for International Development (DFID) of the British Government.
