Eliot Takaindisa
Chief Executive Officer
Eliot Takaindisa is the Chief Executive Officer of LEAD. He is an Agribusiness Specialist with core competencies in project development and management, agribusiness and rural development, finance, enterprise development, business linkages, governance and public sector management. He has more than 25 years of development and banking experience in Zimbabwe and Southern Africa.
Before joining LEAD, Eliot was Head of the Agribusiness Division of a commercial bank in Zimbabwe. Eliot has been involved in assisting development funding Partners in designing, implementing and evaluating programs. He holds a BSc Honours degree in Agriculture, Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Development Studies. Elliot is also a board member of the Market Linkages Association.

Lee Absolom Marwa
Director of Finance, Human Resource & Administration
Lee Absalom Marwa is a Development Economist, with more than 27 years of management and consulting experience. He is the LEAD Director for Finance, Human Resource and Administration. His experience includes working as a budget officer for donor-funded national programs, with specific responsibilities for strategic planning, business process integration and management of national and regional programs.
Lee has acquired special expertise in establishing human resource, financial, contracting and procurement systems that both deliver results and are fully compliance with donor regulations and procedures. Over the years, Lee has attained value added knowledge of grant design and administration as well as contracting and procurement requirements of major donor organizations such as USAID, European Commission and the Department for International Development (DFID) of the British Government.

Davison Godfrey Mudimu
Programs Technical Advisor
Davison Godfrey Mudimu is the Programs Technical Advisor with expertise in Program and Project Management, Policy Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, and Agribusiness Development. He holds an M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from Michigan State University, specializing in Farm Business Management with a minor in Natural Resource Economics, and B.Sc. degrees in Agriculture and Economics from the University of Zimbabwe.
Mudimu has over 25 years of experience in agricultural development, serving as the Deputy Chief of Party on the USAID-funded Zimbabwe Agricultural Competitiveness Program. He previously taught as a Senior University Lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe for nearly 20 years and has authored numerous academic research papers and four books on agricultural policy. He has consulted for international organizations including the World Bank, UN Food and Agriculture Organization, and development agencies throughout the Southern African Development Community.
