Five demonstration plots were planted in the agri-business hubs of Buhera District in Manicaland Province last week. FtFZ-CD staff demonstrated good planting techniques for maize and pulse crops, that is correct spacing, correct seed placement and correct fertilizer application. Close to 120 farmers attended the planting sessions.
